We are offically zoo members...yes, that means they might accidentally place Ethan in with the monkeys on one of our visits. It has taken us 2 months to get to the Philadelphia Zoo since we signed up, however we plan on taking many visits this summer as Ethan absolutely loves animals especially the giraffes & monkeys! Gramzie Ladybug, Ethan, and I headed down at what time we thought was early to arrive... however, there were already throngs of crowds!! People must actually get there before the zoo actually opens! Anyway, we had our first ride on the Channel 6 Zoo ballon and enjoyed the wonderful scene of Philly from 400 ft in the air...; Ethan & I rode the PZ Express...a little train ride that requires children under 2 to have an adult rider...however, the train is built for children to ride...so needless to say I almost got stuck on it!; then the 3 of us rode on the Amazon Rainforest Carosel...we made a stop in the tree house play area as well... In the future Jimmy will take Ethan on the camel safari ride as NO PREGNANT people are allowed to ride...and we will use Jimmy's leg strength to paddle the swan boats too!
