Reading Museum

We made two trips to try and see the Lego exhibit.  Luckily we were able to actually get in on the second try!  The kids continue to amaze me with their love of learning and tolerance for staying in a musem right through lunch...we were there for 3 and a half hours!  Ethan enjoyed pretending he was a knight and a dragon and the jaust was right up his ally. He also enjoyed all the hands on learning especially the  the hieroglyphics ...Daphne enjoyed constructing with all the different size legos and the computer simulation build your castle wall and attack with the catapult.  We had a great time with Gramzie Ladybug!

...it is not just the name of a DreamWorks dragon but now describes our dear little man, Ethan lost his two bottom teeth with in a few days of each other!  His adult teeth are already thru the gums...so his cute little window will not be there for long!

Happy Birthday, Dalty!

My sister-in-law continues to amaze me with her talent of cake decorating & cookie design.  The handmade t-shirts were adorable...along with the creative invite!  (Sorry that I didn't get any good photos of the twins! :( ...not all the cousins are represented!) 

Strikes & Spares...oh my!

Ethan had a field trip to Limerick Bowl...the kids did amazing with multiple strikes and spares each...the bumpers might have helped a little;-0!  Daphne was able to participate as well...her first time bowling I might add :) Ethan's technique is a little questionable..."the shot put method"  we are working on the correct way...and he insists on taking the heaviest ball just because of the color...hmmm where does he get this?!?

We are sad to say we have not had our fill of the white fluffy stuff...please keep it coming!  Ethan and Daphne love the snow...we spend HOURS outside at the first sight of it...Paws likes to join us too!
