5 months old...

Jungle Wonder...

Ethan enjoyed his first trip to Jungle Wonder (an indoor play gym)...to celebrate his friend Dianna's b-day... He ate all the icing off his cake and asked for more...no interest in the cake part what-so-ever! He is quite the monkey when it comes to climbing and enjoyed the big boy slides and bounce zone.

4 Months Old...

Yes where does the time go?! Our precious Daphne is already 4 months old!! At her recent well visit she weighted in at 12 lbs. 14 oz (25th-50th %)...and is measuring 24 3/4 inches in length (50th-75th%)...with a head at the 75th percentile...taking after Daddy already!! Her personality is budding and what a nice compliment to Ethan...she just admires her big brother who can do no wrong in her eyes!!!

Sushi...

Ethan has acquired quite the palate...he has added sushi to his list of favorites...And he INSISTS on using the chopsticks and dipping each roll in soy sauce WITH wasabi! Ethan continues to amaze us with his adventurous taste of food--he will TRY anything!...(don't worry we were only giving him the non-raw samples!) His rating of this meal "pretty good".

Ethan's Olympics...

Ethan has devised his own "extreme" winter indoor games in the spirit of the Olympics... or just gone completely crazy from being couped up indoors! Whether he is literally climbing the walls, hiding in the closets or climbing on the furniture---never a dull moment here! Although it looks like Ethan is preparing for the luge...he told us he would like to snowboard!

Blizzard of 2010...

I have been wishing for a blizzard for quite some time now...and FINALLY we had one...infact we have hit the record books for snowfall this year...surpassing the last recorded measure in history (sorry I already forgoten the numbers...will have to look that up...however, we do have over 3 feet of snow in some spots of the yard!) Ethan managed to get to his sand table waddling in waist deep snow...Daphne did not make it out in this snow storm but enjoyed staying cozy and snug inside. And I even did my fair share of shoveling...at least half the driveway!! (above is the photo to prove it!) Jimmy & Ethan forged their way to the shed to get the sled...they even filled up the bird feeder!

Hats...

Daphne has been spoiled since birth with many unique handmade hats by my co-worker Kim. She loves adorning her flair every time we go out! These are just a few of Kim's wonderful creations.
